Frequently asked questions
Most programs focus on either physical fitness or sobriety– not both. True You is unique because it intergrates exercise, mindset education, and coaching. You're not just learning to abstain from alcohol; you're learning to rewire your habits, rebuild your body, and strengthen your mental resilience.
This program is for anyone who wants to change their relationship with alcohol and build a healthier, more balanced life. It is okay if you don't know if you want to quit forever or if you want to just reduce your use. You don't have to be an athlete or in recovery treatment–just be ready for change and open to growth.
Neither. This is coaching, support and education. Not clinical therapy or rehabilitation. It is designed for those seeking to change their relationship with alcohol and improve overall health. I am not a doctor, therapist, or psychologist.
No. Many clients begin while still trying to moderate. The program meets you where you are. I will help you with self reflection and awareness. You'll gain the knowledge of how exercise can heal and how to make fitness fit into your life.
Absolutely not. True you is designed for all levels. If you're already active or starting from scratch, your plan will be tailored to your ability and comfort level.
Each workout is customized to your fitness level, goals and available equipment. They focus on building strength, improving energy, and supporting brain health to reduce cravings and boost mood.
That is no problem. No one's journey is ever linear. We are looking for progress not perfection. You'll learn to recognize triggers, rebuild quickly and keep moving forward with compassion and grace.
It is completely normal to feel that way. Commitment is part of the process. You are setting yourself on a path of accountability. We have all started a healthy routine only to abandon our goals. Let's put a system in place to create actual change. I will support you every step of the way.
If you're tired of feeling stuck in the endless toxic cycle of drinking and you're ready for structure, accountability and change–then you're ready. You don't have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to start.
It begins with a 30 minute consult call. The consult is a relaxed conversation to discuss your goals and whether this program is for you. It is now a sales call or intake session. Consults are a chance for you to connect with your coach and get clear on what your journey will look like.
Absolutely. You're ahead of the game. Good job! Many clients start after they have stopped drinking but want to focus on healing, fitness, and long term mindset change. This program will help you thrive by providing structure and purpose.
Yes! While this isn't a therapy program, many clients report reduced anxiety, clearer thinking, and improved mood. Exercise and mindset coaching work together to restore brain chemistry and emotional balance.
No. All coaching sessions are one-on-one and confidential. You will have a safe, judgement-free space to discuss your goals and challenges. All your information is secure and conversations are private.
Life happens! You can reschedule calls and make up workouts anytime. We are not striving for perfection, just progress.
That is no problem. Every workout will take into account any concerns or injuries. I prioritize safety and accessibility over intensity. That being said, if you do have a major concern consult a physician before doing any exercise.
