Sobriety can feel lonely and isolating, especially when those around you don’t understand your decision or want to hear about it. Coaching sessions offer a confidential, judgement-free space to share your experiences, explore what’s held you back, and find ways to make lasting change. With personal support you can quit drinking without AA.
We’ll talk through weekly modules and adapt the tools to fit your life and personality. There aren't many mistakes that I haven't made. My goal is to make our sessions comfortable and real. Neither of us is perfect—but with honesty and effort, we can help you become the best version of yourself.
On-Going Support and Guidance
Major lifestyle change will ebb and flow. You will feel super motivated at times and discouraged at others. You have to be persistent in your dedication to growth. The mindset and wellness techniques you learn in True You will carry you forward to a sober life. After care sessions and personal training programs are available to ensure continued success.
